How it works
e-airbags.com is a marketplace: every sale is between the verified seller named on the listing and you. We do not sell airbags.
1. Find the part
Search by OEM part number (dashes and spaces don't matter), by the donor vehicle's year, make and model, or by the last 8 characters of a VIN. Every listing is a single, unique part photographed by the seller, with the donor vehicle, the position (driver, passenger, left curtain…), the part number and interchange numbers, and the seller's attestations that it is a used OEM part, undeployed, with no open recall and not aftermarket.
Airbags and pretensioners vary by model year, trim, seat type and option package. Match the part number to the one on your vehicle or ask the seller with your VIN before you buy — the Ask seller button on every listing goes straight to the business that pulled the part.
2. Pay e-airbags.com
You check out on e-airbags.com with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The seller never sees your payment details. Your payment is held by the marketplace and is not released to the seller at checkout. One checkout can include parts from several sellers; each seller's parts become their own order with their own shipment.
Most parts accept a Best Offer. The seller can accept, counter or decline; an accepted offer gives you 48 hours to buy at your price.
3. The seller ships ground with tracking
The seller packs and ships within the handling time shown on the listing, by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (USPS Ground Advantage is allowed only for non-hazmat parts such as modules, sensors and buckles). They enter the tracking number on the order, and you see it in My e-airbags › Purchases and by email. Ground shipping to the continental United States only — no Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO or PO boxes.
If a seller does not ship by the ship-by date (handling time plus 2 grace days), the order can be cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Confirm delivery
Delivery is confirmed by the carrier's scan, by you from the order page, or automatically 21 days after shipping if no scan ever arrives. Open the box as soon as it arrives and compare the part number and connector with your vehicle.
If the part didn't arrive, isn't as described, is the wrong part or arrived damaged, open a case from the order within 48 hours of delivery. The payment stays on hold while staff review the case with both sides. Read more under Buyer protection.
5. Leave feedback
Once the order is complete you can leave feedback for the seller, which appears on their store page for every future buyer to see.
Who you are buying from
Only verified commercial automotive businesses can sell here: salvage and auto-recycling yards, licensed dismantlers, collision and repair shops, dealerships and parts resellers. Staff check each applicant's business documents before the account can list. The seller's store name, business type, feedback record, ship-from state, handling time and return policy are shown on every listing, and the seller issues the sales invoice for your order, which identifies the donor vehicle's VIN.
What e-airbags.com does — and doesn't do
- We verify sellers, require a donor VIN and a proof-of-origin document on every part, hold your payment until delivery, set the shipping rules and decide cases.
- We do not sell parts, and we do not inspect, test or certify them. Descriptions, photos, fitment information and attestations come from the seller named on the listing.
- Installation of airbags, pretensioners and SRS components should be done by a qualified technician following the manufacturer's procedures.
